In many small companies, everything runs through one person. Every decision, every problem, every customer. Knowledge lives in mailboxes, in Excel and above all in heads. When that person goes on holiday or a colleague leaves, the knowledge leaves with them and everyone else reinvents the wheel.
Most AI tools do not solve that. They give answers and drafts, but the work stays undone and the knowledge stays scattered. We turn it around.
What we are building
bombos is a team of AI coworkers, bees, that actually carry out the work in your own systems. Two things make it different from a chatbot:
- Earned autonomy. A bee asks first when she is unsure, learns from your corrections, and sensitive actions are always run past you. Trust is built up, not handed out.
- A shared memory. What one bee learns, the others know too. The memory fills itself as a by-product of the work and it stays with the company, not with one person.
Where we are now
bombos is young. bombos is built in the Netherlands and we are now looking for a few pilot customers: SMEs we want to make far more effective, in exchange for honest feedback. That way we sharpen the product with real practice instead of assumptions, and we keep the promise small and true: sober, concrete, without hype.
